About the Event
Notice to seniors: The Roanoke City Sheriff's Office is hosting a TRIAD Meeting. DECCA KNIGHT will be the presenter. The aim is to shed light on and raise awareness of common behaviors that arise after distressing experiences. The meeting will also explore how preventive measures can help individuals build resilience both before and after these challenges, including the use of mindful techniques.
