Inspiring Young Minds: Titus Honor Students Tour Roanoke’s Justice System

Updated: Apr 8

Recently we received a visit from King's Christian Academy, Titus Honors Students.

We were thrilled to host the Titus Honor Students for a special day of learning and exploration at the Oliver W. Hill Justice Center/Courthouse! These outstanding students requested to visit our agency, and Sheriff Hash immediately consulted with local Judges to create a unique opportunity for them to dive into the workings of our judicial system.

Throughout the day, students visited J&D, General District, and Circuit Court, where they had the chance to meet with judges and ask insightful questions. It was a fantastic chance for these bright minds to engage with professionals, learn about the legal process, and see firsthand how our courts operate.

We absolutely love opening our doors to students in the community and providing them with real-world learning experiences. It’s always a pleasure to inspire the next generation of leaders and learners!
